Andy Bell became a partner in the national employment team of Lane Neave in January 2022 by the merger of his boutique dispute resolution firm Bell and Co with Lane Neave. Andy has been practicing in the field of employment law and dispute resolution since 2002. Bell and Co was a successful independent practice running for 7 years in Wellington prior to the merger.
