Helen is a Senior Associate in the Employment Team at Duncan Cotterill and specialises in all aspects of employment and health and safety law. She has represented employer and employee clients across a broad range of industries and provides pragmatic advice in respect of compliance across all employment processes.

Helen has significant experience in dispute resolution and as a litigator. In addition to employment law, she has a background in general litigation, including public law and extensive experience in criminal law. Prior to practising in New Zealand, Helen practised law in England, both as a barrister and as a government lawyer.
