Mere specialises in employment law, providing strategic and practical advice on all aspects of employment law.  She advises across the full spectrum of employment matters from drafting and reviewing employment agreements, policies and procedures and advising on personal grievances, restructures and disciplinary matters to appearing in the relevant employment institutions.  Mere is also a Consultant Editor for the Thompson Reuters Employment Law publication and a member of the Auckland District Law Society, Employment Law Committee.
